A moment of Certainty Series - 2023
This body of work, along with the majority of my work centres around subconscious thoughts, memories, dreams and emotions that are difficult to understand. It is about all of the thoughts that are constantly swirling around in our heads that sometimes contradict each other and are sometimes unwelcome. It is about how we have so many thoughts layered on top of each other at any given time and how overwhelming that can be. It is about how we can be experiencing a wide range of emotions all at once and be going through all sorts of challenges all while we are still required to live our daily lives and be functioning humans. It is about how we can find joy in moments of sadness and sadness in some of our happiest times.
